    Description

    This is some sort of a revenue stamp. The paper is quite thin and there is minor corner bending and fading at the bottom right hand corner, that you can clearly see in the picture.
    The Spanish Colonies stamps came out in the 1880s and 1890s, as far as I can see. This may be 1882, but I'm not sure.
