Valuable article from an out of print publication features the story Virginia Gordon and Marie Scopel's recreation of Tasha Tudor's character from her 1954 storybook: "A is for Annabelle" about a French Fashion doll. Includes how to make a Nine Patch doll quilt and a Tudor Rose Bleuette Doll quilt. Also includes four-page original paper doll of Annabelle by artist, Kathy Monier.
Full color photographs with descriptions and historical background.
Seventeen original pages (not a copy) on high quality magazine paper are in very good condition.
