The Capitulation of the Towns on the Meuse [Maas], Bronze Medal, 1702, by J Croker, crowned bust left , rev a panorama of the bombardment of Liège, with cannon firing on the city.

As well as Liège, captured by Marlborough, the medal commemorates his capture of Venloo, Roermond [Ruremond], and Stevensweert, but importantly also the capture of Kaiserswerth by the Prince of Nassau-Saabrück and the first city to fall.
